Looking for a relaxing way to stretch? Click on the video to see for yourself how easy it is to release tension while relaxing and working on your breath. Do this stretch if your shoulders are rounded forward, work at a computer quite a bit, have bad posture, and feel tension between the shoulder blades. Really try to relax into the pose and use your breath. Take deep breaths from the abdomen and let it roll into the chest. Try this for 2 minutes once a day, then progress to 5 minutes or even 10 minutes. Do it until your body tells you that you are done. Thanks for watching
